We offer free shipping all over Pakistan. No matter where you are in the country, the shipping cost remains free to keep things simple and transparent for our customers.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Missing or Lost Packages

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or customized products for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved:

  • You'll receive return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or wrong product, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 40-45 business days to your original payment method.
